What it does

Chases overdue invoices: it watches FreeAgent for anything past its due date, with the chasing email already drafted in your tone. Revives ignored quotes: a quote that has sat quiet for a fortnight is money walking away, so Harness drafts the nudge. Hands you a morning queue: one short list on your phone each morning, and you approve, change or skip each one.

What is Harness by Heoka?

Harness is an invoice-chasing assistant for UK small businesses that run on FreeAgent. It finds overdue invoices and ignored quotes, drafts the chasing emails overnight in your tone, and sends them from your own email address once you approve them each morning. It is built by Heoka Partners Limited and is currently in pilot.

Does it work with FreeAgent?

Yes. FreeAgent is the launch integration. Xero and QuickBooks are planned next but not built yet.

Does it send emails without my approval?

No. Every email waits in a morning approval queue until you tap approve, enforced in the code. Approved emails send from your own email address, and every draft, edit and send is logged.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your data is never sold and never used to train third-party AI models. Harness keeps a full audit log of every draft, edit, approval and send, and that history stays inside Harness.

How much does it cost?

Harness is in pilot. £10 secures one of ten founding places and comes off your first month. The planned launch price is £50 a month, confirmed at launch. No contract, cancel any time.
