It reads your email and, if you connect them, your books. Each morning it shows what needs attention, explains why, and has the next email drafted. You decide what goes.
Open the link in your welcome email, choose a password, then connect the Gmail or Outlook you work from. The whole app opens the moment it connects.
Welcome email → ConnectionsGmail shows an "unverified app" screen while Google reviews us. Click Advanced, then Go to Heoka.
Add a custom connector called Harness, paste the address from your Connections page, and sign in with your Harness login. This is where you ask questions and where drafts are written.
Claude: Customize → Connectors · ChatGPT: Settings → ConnectorsXero, QuickBooks or FreeAgent. Adds who owes you, when they really pay, and invoice chasing. Everything else works without it.
Connections → BooksReplies you owe, people who have gone quiet, quotes with no answer, invoices overdue. Ranked, with the reason.
Everyone you deal with: what you discussed, what you quoted, what they promised, whose turn it is. Ask before any call.

Remember that Acme pays on the 28th.
Drafts wait for you to approve, edit or skip. You can let routine reminders send on their own. You can switch that off for a routine step once you trust it. That is your choice, made in settings, and you can switch it back at any time.
You see the exact words. If they change after you approve, the send is stopped and you are asked again. Final demands and escalations always need your tap.
Mark anyone never chase. Disputes and promises to pay pause chasing.
It can show what it knows, where it came from, what it did and who approved it. Delete anything wrong in What it knows.
