The fear is that something goes to a customer in your name that you would never have written. Nothing goes out to your customer without your tap. Overnight Harness works out who has not paid. Your connected ChatGPT or Claude writes the chase, you read it on your phone, and you approve, edit or skip each one. The approval gate covers sends and is enforced, not left as a setting. Every draft, edit, approval and send is logged.

You are handing over the details of who owes you money, so the question is fair. Your books and your email stay where they are. What we hold is the chase list and the logins you connect, encrypted, on our UK servers. Your card goes to Stripe, never to us. You connect through each tool's own login screen, so we never see a password. You can pull the access any time, and you can sack us any month. No lock-in, on purpose.
