Everyone your business knows, with the context around them.
Customers, prospects, suppliers, candidates and your own team. The People Board shows who they are, when you last spoke, what money or deals connect to them, and what should happen next.
It is built from the tools you already use, so nobody has to keep another list up to date.
One card per person. The whole relationship on it.
Who they are
Customer, prospect, supplier, candidate or team member, with the company they belong to.
Last contact
When you last emailed or heard from them, taken from your inbox rather than typed in by hand.
Gone quiet
People you used to hear from and have not. The quote that went cold and the customer who stopped replying.
Money and deals
Open invoices, overdue balances and live opportunities linked to the person, so you see the whole picture before you reply.
Conversations
The recent threads with them in one place, so a follow-up knows what was already said.
Relationships
Who works where, who introduced whom, and which people belong to the same customer or supplier.
Next action
What Harness thinks should happen next. You decide whether it does.
Questions
Do I have to enter people by hand?
No. The board is built from your connected email and accounting software. You can add notes and correct anything that is wrong.
Is this a CRM?
It does the part of a CRM most small firms actually need: who, when, how much and what next. A deeper CRM layer, including HubSpot and Salesforce, is on the way and is not live yet.
Can ChatGPT or Claude use it?
Yes. Through Harness, the AI you already pay for can ask who has gone quiet or what is owed by whom, and get an answer from the board rather than a guess.
