What does Harness cost?

£19 a month for the whole company, not per seat. 7 days free first. A card is taken today and charged on day 8 unless you cancel. The first 50 companies pay £19; after that it is £49 a month, and anyone who joined at £19 keeps it for as long as they stay.

Is there a per-user charge?

No. One price covers everyone in the company who approves, edits or skips drafts. Add the bookkeeper, the office manager and the owner for the same £19.

Do I pay for the AI as well?

Not to us. Harness writes every draft on the ChatGPT or Claude account you already use. There is no Heoka API key and no AI top-up.

What happens on day 8?

Stripe charges the card you gave on day 1, £19, and then the same on the same date each month. Cancel inside the 7 days and nothing is charged. Cancel later and it stops at the end of the month you paid for.

What is the £950 deposit?

Build Your Own is a separate, optional service: we connect your ledger, inbox and CRM for you and set the chase rules up with you. It is a £950 deposit, with any monthly amount agreed from the scope. Most customers do not need it. Harness itself is £19 a month whether or not you take it.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly, cancel any month, and your books and inbox stay where they are. You can pull the access we hold at any time.
